Ms. Freeman has been practicing civil law since 2003. She has represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of fields including real estate, franchises, oilfield services, medical, IT, financial services, and energy, to name a few.  Ms. Freeman spent the first five years of her career focusing on complex commercial litigation at the Denver law firm of Allen & Vellone, P.C. After moving to The Woodlands, Ms. Freeman was Of Counsel for The Mussalli Law Firm.  In this role, she continued to litigate business disputes, as well as expanded her practice to include representation of clients in transactional matters including, drafting, reviewing and negotiating various business agreements.

Ms. Freeman is a member of Montgomery County Association of Business Women (Team Leader), The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce, The Woodlands Bar Association, Texas Gulf Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, WOAMTEC-The Woodlands Chapter, and Spring Business Builders.

Ms. Freeman is a 2003 graduate of the University of Denver, College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Freeman served as a Staff Editor of the University of Denver Law Review and won the Hoffman Trial Competition and Natural Resources Appellate Competition. As a law student, Ms. Freeman completed an internship with the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.   As an undergraduate, she was inducted as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and served as the Co-captain and national qualifying attorney for the University‚Äôs Mock Trial Team.
